1:1 Coaching Program
This is a 6 month program that meets bi-weekly. Each session is 50 minutes in length and meets virtually. I take a holistic approach in addressing several areas of your life that you’re looking to explore and make changes in. We will look at diet and nutrition, movement and exercise, self-care and spirituality, relationships and social life as well as mental and emotional health. This will include a once a week optional email correspondence during the weeks we do not have our session should you need some guidance. It’s a comprehensive program that will inspire and energize you to reach your goals.

Nutrition program
This is a 3 month program that meets bi-weekly. Each session is 50 minutes in length and meets virtually. We will focus on your current diet and nutritional needs and determine what changes you’re looking to make. We will co-create a plan that is specific to you and your goals and find simple ways to boost and bolster your current diet. We will look at how we can add more fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, beans, protein and healthy fats to your diet, making it more nutrient dense and plant-forward. We will address any cooking challenges and obstacles you’re having and build confidence in the kitchen. You will learn about nutrition and sustainable healthy habits that give you the confidence to move forward as you redefine how you view the food you put on your plate. You will leave this program feeling more empowered on how to nourish yourself and help prevent many conditions and diseases. This will include a once a week optional email correspondence during the weeks we do not have our session should you need some guidance. Additionally, you will receive a free copy of my e-book as well as helpful handouts that will support how to shop for food and stock your pantry.

Menopause Program
This is a 3 month program that meets bi-weekly. Each session is 50 minutes in length and meets virtually. Whatever stage of menopause you are in, we will address your symptoms, possible conditions, diet, exercise, supplements and so much more. I want to help you navigate this stage in your life and provide the support and guidance needed to maintain a positive outlook while nourishing the whole you. I will share ways to embrace with grace this transitional phase of your life. This will include a once a week optional email correspondence during the weeks we do not have our session should you need some additional support and guidance. You will receive helpful handouts that go over the best foods to consume during this phase and supplement suggestions that will benefit you for the rest of your life. Additionally, you will receive a free copy of my e-book that includes delicious recipes that are filled with whole foods that are nutrient rich in vitamins and minerals and support bone health!
