Hi, I’m kim becker.

I have been living a life of health and wellness for over three decades. As a Certified Integrative Health Coach, I empower others to clarify their life goals and achieve them. With expertise as A plant-based vegan and home chef, I have mastered how to eat the rainbow and ensure nutrient diversity. I love sharing the power of plants, teaching the basics of cooking whole foods and making people comfortable in the kitchen. Food is medicine and I am eager to show others how food can transform your life! As a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, I deeply value the mind-body connection through movement and breath. The insights I’ve gained from This sacred practice is something I share and incorporate into my offerings. As someone who has navigated my way through menopause and found holistic and conventional ways to manage, i share the profound benefits of diet and lifestyle. additionally, there is an incredibly valuable connection we create together as a supportive community. When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me hiking outdoors on some mountain appreciating its glory and physical challenge. Being in nature is my happy place. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California where I currently reside with my husband, two children and two golden retrievers. I do feel blessed and understand the profound effects of gratitude.
